Advanced Production & Quality Control
The factory is equipped with full-automatic integrated production lines for rubber hose reinforcing yarns, covering twisting, high-precision dipping, constant-temperature shaping, functional finishing, full-performance testing and finished product packaging. With more than 60 sets of professional production equipment and intelligent digital control systems, the whole process realizes unmanned standardized operation, with an annual output capacity of over 20,000 tons of various reinforced yarns, supporting large-scale centralized mass production and long-term stable bulk supply.
All production procedures comply with strict industrial specifications and quality system standards. The whole process adopts precise digital parameter control: the twisting process realizes uniform yarn tension and zero stray yarn; the imported dipping system ensures uniform glue adhesion with a controlled error within ±1.5%; constant-temperature shaping is carried out at a fixed temperature of 180℃-220℃ to stabilize the shrinkage rate. The intelligent production mode effectively eliminates manual errors, ensuring consistent core indicators such as yarn density, breaking strength, dry heat shrinkage and rubber bonding performance for each batch of products, fully meeting the high-standard manufacturing requirements of HMLS polyester yarn, high-strength low-elongation yarn, nylon hose yarn and weather-resistant special yarn series.
The factory has built independent standardized production workshops and professional testing workshops with a production area of over 10,000 square meters. The production lines support dual production modes: standardized mass production and personalized customized production. According to the technical parameter requirements of new energy vehicle pipelines, automobile brake hoses, mining high-pressure hoses and outdoor rubber products, the production process, twisting density, glue content and shaping parameters can be flexibly adjusted to complete the customized production of multi-specification and multi-performance yarn products, covering differentiated needs of different industries and customers.
A full-process closed-loop quality inspection system is embedded in the production line, equipped with more than 20 sets of professional precision testing equipment. Key indicators including tensile strength, shrinkage rate, bonding force, weather resistance and fatigue resistance are monitored and sampled in real time at every production node, with a finished product qualification rate of 99.8%. Strict online inspection and finished product re-inspection effectively screen out unqualified products, ensuring stable batch performance of factory products and providing high-quality, high-consistency supporting raw materials for global rubber product manufacturers.
