Our Nylon 66 Twisted Hose Yarn is manufactured from high-quality nylon 66 raw material using a precise multi-strand twisting process, resulting in a tight, neat yarn structure without loose filaments. This product delivers exceptional comprehensive performance with ultra-high breaking strength, outstanding wear resistance, excellent flex resistance, and long-term anti-fatigue properties.
Compared to nylon 6 material, our nylon 66 version offers superior high temperature resistance and anti-aging capacity, making it ideal for harsh working conditions in engineering hydraulic pipelines. This non-dipping finished yarn is widely used as skeleton reinforcement material for medium and high pressure rubber hoses and construction machinery hydraulic hoses, effectively enhancing pressure resistance and extending service life of finished hoses.
